the vizcacha, this week's obsession

sorry carnitas, even though you really are the cutest mini piggy i ever did see, i have moved on to my latest and greatest obsession of the animal world...the vizcacha! it lives in the mountains, is related to the chinchilla and bla bla bla, but most importantly its chubby and cute; the only real criteria i look for in a pet (ahem, royal).  

other than being terribly adorable, cuddly, and soft, the vizcacha is the obvious spirit animal of my friend, alli; cute, little, sleeps a lot, and loves sun bathing. me wants one (and misses alli now)!
